Creating Winning Trial Strategies and Graphics
Reviews:

starsPractical court strategy book
Probably the best practical guide that I have read on court strategy and graphics. Christopher Ritter has done a great job in taking the mystique out trial graphics and technology. The book's illustrations are works in progress, and reinforce Mr. Ritter's own message. He reminds us that effective trial lawyers have to first be teachers, and then he shows us how.

starsRitter's book breaks new ground
Book of knight breaks new soil in the universe of "how" to the books for attorneys. Engaging into in high degrees readable even, personal kind, the author shows that even complicated certified and expenditures for a jury, which are based on facts, are effectively simplified and to be dramatisiert to be able. The representation, in the text and in accompanying that CD, is richly with obvious holds and to fascinating graphic examples both right wrongly, and, ways, topics, concepts and facts illustrating to the attempt to convey. After reading off this book, even, experienced court room attorneys try not cases the same way again. Although written for sample attorneys, the book is really over, how one is in each possible forum, not simply in a court room obviously convincing. Although the book has its largest effect, if it improves the quality of the probearbeit, particularly in the complicated cases, it belongs in the library of everyone in the business of convincing other one whether in the certified occupation or not.

starsA must read for any attorney who goes to trial.
There is an old proverb, "seeing is faith", but in the reality, is it, as the information is formulated and represented, which determines as well, information is conveyed. This book is a masterpiece of showing, straight like view information in the court room to be represented. Mr. Ritter did nothing less than a phaenomenaler job of showing why and wherefore of explaining the view proof in the court room. Any attorney, who the information not considered, which is represented in this book, to the attempt to go as be or opponent many less prepared, who probably read it.

starsReveals the Secrets Behind Brilliant Legal Graphics...
With just the right mix of folk wisdom and technical know-how, this gem of a book distills a tremendous amount of courtroom knowledge down to some very practical advice. These are the sorts of lessons one would otherwise have to learn the hard way, only after years and years spent before judges and juries.

What makes it accessible is that that Ritter practices what he preaches, making every point through both the stories he tells and the illustrations he includes. This book is a great investment for any trial lawyer who wants to become more persuasive.

starsWhat lawyers (and teachers) forget: KISS Principle
Being teacher/administrator for twenty years and forming the transition to the certified, you, I catch can without better book think, the topic frequently forgotten in both from these catch addressed: Communication. This book employs the obvious in such a way regarding forms you for miracle, why you did not use these techniques all along. Mr. Ritter reminds of us, around the basic rule of the KISS (maintenance to use it simple stupid). If you do not think for reading you necessity, this book, then them ` really ' necessity to read them (twice). Although written for the certified, you, everyone catch on its job any aspect of forming of representations would profit largely from the measured value and from the introduction of the ideas in this book contain. So next time if you a representation give and a public with glassy-shining over eyes consider, waive you this book! Plan, in order to be a classical author.
