SUPPORT IS BAD and NOTORIOUS
Hi,

I bought this product last year and haven't been able to get it working.
It has some real horrendous licensing issues and it doesn't work on vista.
The technical team is just ignoring my attempts to contact them.

I am not happy with this product since I haven't been able to use this.

I am sorry,usually I do not criticize like this but then for such an expensive product,I feel cheated.

Not that great at all
Don't get me wrong, it's a good simulation software, and it's very well designed. The problem here is the support. I expected much more from RMCPROJECT. For example, the software is only valid and activated for one year period. Once it expires, you'll have to buy more time or an extension, for another limited time. Since this is no cheap piece of software (for a simulator anyway), I expected to have full control and availability of my purchase. I understand the fact that maybe you can put an end to the updated material when the period expires, but not only that, the program is useless afterwards.
I also had some issues with my laptop and had to re-intall the software. But they have this lousy activation procedure, and accused me of illegal activation..RIDICULOUS..(Don't expect any decent or personal response from RMC support personnel, it justo won't happen)
